PURPOSE:To obtain properly and practically an ink for ink jet printer entirely free from entrained air without any special device requirement, by blowing an oxygen gas into the original ink to replace dissolved nitrogen and/or carbon dioxide followed by incorporating an oxygen absorber in it. CONSTITUTION:An oxygen gas 3 with a pressure >=1atm is blown into a synthesized ink 1, for example, through the nozzle 2' connected to an oxygen gas vessel 2 to replace dissolved nitrogen, carbon dioxide, etc., followed by incorporating an oxygen absorber in the system, thus obtaining the objective ink. Said oxygen gas absorber (or its aqueous solution) is preferably incorporated in the ink through a capsule of high gas-permeability in which said absorber (or its solution) is encapsulated, instead of charging directly. |
