发明名称 BURNER WITH REDUCED RESONANT VIBRATION
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent vibrating combustion in a burner by elongating the length of a burner flame, by providing a specified angle value to the fitting angles of main ports to an axial core. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of element nozzles 1 are arranged to a burner body 4, and a main port 2 is formed at the end of each element nozzle 1. An angle alpha2 formed by the main port 2 and the center axis 1a of nozzles is determined to be less than about 5 deg.-50 deg.. The value 1f/10, that is the occurrence probability of resonance vibration, is shown by the ratio of vibration intensity 1f of a specified frequency constituent and average vibration intensity 10 of the whole of each frequency constituent. The value 1f/10 is at the maximum when alpha2 is about 50 deg., and afterwards, it decreases in accordance with the decrease of alpha2, reaching the minimum when alpha2 comes to be about 15 deg.. This seems to be that the length of a flame is elongated in accordance with the decrease of alpha2. On the other hand, the injected direction of gas G seems to be nearly in accord with the direction of axial core 1a to each nozzle 1, when alpha2 is less than about 15 deg.. In the diagram, alpha2 represents the angle formed by axial core of nozzle and center line of injection of main port.
