PURPOSE:To correct intensively flow rates of many channels without restrictions of operation speed, by holding operated correction value data in a latch for a certain time and using this correction value data of the latch continuously unitl the next operation result is obtained and performing the correction processing without damaging the precision of the whole. CONSTITUTION:Flow rate pulse input signals F1, F2, and F3 are applied to rate multipliers 5,6,, and 7. Process variable signals P1, P2, and P3 are supplied to a CPU1 through a multiplexer 2 and are subjected to the correcting operation, and correction coefficient values are transferred to latches of corresponding channels. Latches 8, 9, and 10 receive correction coefficient values operated in the CPU1 and set them to rate multipliers 5, 6, and 7 for correction as control signals. Flow rate pulse input signals F1, F2, and F3 are subjected to the pulse number correction processing continuously by rate multipliers 5, 6, and 7, respectively and are outputted as corrected flow rate pulse signals F1', F2', and F3'. |
