DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE TRANSMITTER

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent effect of wind requiring no large space for installation and no separation from pressure detecting location while causing no high cost by mounting a windproof filter to a lead piping opened to the atmosphere covering it. CONSTITUTION:The body 1 of a differential pressure transmitter is provided with a lead piping 3 opened to a furnace and a lead piping 4 opened to the atmosphere and a windproof filter 5 made of a porous sintered metal centered on the opening 4a of the lead piping 4. Any sudden wind won't affect reference pressure as it is damped with the windproof filter 5. The windproof filter 5 is mounted to the lead piping 4 simply eliminating additional space for installation, requiring separation of the body 1 of the differential pressure transmitter from the furnace while the production cost can be reduced.
