PURPOSE:To manufacture efficiently the titled resin product containing short fibers at a high content by a method wherein the inner part of a molding die provided with a bottom force and sealing compound is filled with short fibers, suction needles and supply needles are driven into the sealing compound and resin liquid is supplied and molded as the air in the die is sucked. CONSTITUTION:The inner part of the molding space 5 of a molding die 8 consisting of a bottom force 1 and a top force 2 piercing sealing compounds 3, 4 is filled with short fibers 6. The die is closed, mounted at the starting section of a conveyor belt 9, heated by a heating device 34 as it is conveyed and brought onto a curved backing plate 32 at an intermdiate curved section. Suction needles 20 and supply needles 21 provided on a rotary drum 12 that is supported rotatively about the horizontal axis 13 rectangular to the feeding direction of a conveyor 9 are driven into the space 5 through the sealing compounds 3, 4 to absorb the air in the space 5 and to inject resin liquid 36. Thereafter, at the terminal of the backing plate 32, the needles 20, 21 are removed to place the resin at the horizontal outlet part, to heat it by a heating device 35 and to cure the resin liquid 36. |
