PURPOSE:To increase the capacity of a toner tank, by providing a toner catching member in the toner tank and forming a toner drawing-up rotor so that it is rotated without interfering with the toner catching member. CONSTITUTION:A toner catching member formed as a hopper 15 is provided in a toner tank 5, and the hopper 15 is stuck to the inside face of a rear-side plate 7 of the toner tank 5 and consists of the first and second guide plates 16 which are opened upward, a base part 18 which connects guide plates 16 and 17 to each other and has the section formed to a shape like U, and a side plate 19. A toner drawing-up rotor 11 is rotated counterclockwise by a driver and is so constituted that the rotor 11 and the hopper 15 do not interfere with each other when the rotor 11 is rotated. Thus, the height or the width of the tank is increased in comparison with the conventional tank, and its capacity is increased. |
