PURPOSE:To keep control accuracy and to improve adaptation by preparing a direct tube connection line directly irradiating the head light of a heating element and the heat sensitive element between the heating element and the heat sensitive element to apply partial radiant heat control to the transmission heat control of a temperature control block. CONSTITUTION:A part of a temperature control block A having a recessed part 5 surrounding space to be controlled at its temperature is provided with a vacant room S1 and a heating element H is fitted to the vacant room S1. Another vacant room S2 is formed separatedly from the block A and a heat sensitive element is fitted to the space S2 and these devices are accommodated in a vacuum chamber 3 kept at highly vacuum status. A gas chromatograph 1 and a control meter C are connected to the chamber 3 to control the temperature of the block A. A direct tube connection line D directly irradiating the heat light of the heating element H to a part of the heat sensitive element B is formed between the vacant rooms S1, S2 accommodating the heating element H and the heat sensitive element B respectively. Partial radiant heat control is applied to the transmission heat control of the block 5, improving the adaptation while keeping control accuracy. |
