PURPOSE:To obtain a pressure-sensitive duplicating ink capable of giving an information record illegible to persons other than a related one by using a specific colorless fluorescent pigment, an oil and a wax. CONSTITUTION:An ink for pressure-sensitive duplication is obtained by mixing 20-50wt% a colorless fluorescent pigment (A) (e.g., Zn2SiO2/Mn) capable of emitting ultraviolet rays of 200-300nm wave lengths, 15-40wt% an oil (B) composed of liquid paraffin and/or vaseline, 20-50wt% one or more waxes (C) selected from polyolefinic waxes, e.g., polyethylene wax, etc., paraffin, carnauba wax, etc., and an usual color pigment and/or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer as needed. a duplicate blank paper 1 having a pressuresensitive duplicating ink layer 5 on its back 4 is doubled with a duplicate paper 3 having a masking print layer 7 on its surface 6, and an information record is written on the blank paper by a pencil to copy the ink layer 5 and ultraviolet rays of 200-300nm are irradiated onto the ink layer 5 for reading. |
