PURPOSE:To prevent the discontinuation of output print treatment, shorten the processing time, and make easier the exchanging operation of papers by a method in which when two kinds of continuous slips are switched, slips in use are separated and sent out and the other slip is automatically sent in. CONSTITUTION:Different continuous slip papers 15 and 16 are housed in paper housing sections 1 and 2 and they are supplied through feeding sections 3 and 4 to a printing section 13. Also, in each feeding path, paper cutters 7 and 8 and slip tip detectors 5 and 6 are provided, and also a paper tip detector 12 is provided near the printing position. Printed slips are sent out through a delivery section 11 to the outside of the device. When slips are switched, slips are cut off at the boundary position of slips 15 in use on the basis of signals from a feed controller 10 and a cutting controller 9, and the cut slips 15' are discharged and the slips 16 are supplied to the printing section 13. |
