PURPOSE:To reduce an electronic calculator with a solar battery by treating with a half mirror on a protective film made of a transparent material formed on the battery, thereby enabling to stably supply a power source even if a part of cells is shielded from a light. CONSTITUTION:A half mirror treating unit 12a is formed on the inner surface of a protective filter 12. A solar battery cell 4a is manufactured by a vacuum deposition technique, and a photodetecting surface forms a mirror surface state. Accordingly, when a half mirror is formed on the surface opposed to the surface forming the mirror surface, the external light 13 emitted on a solar battery 4a repeats reflection between the cell 4a and the unit 12a. With this structure, even if one or small amounts of a plurality of cells 4a is shielded by a shield such as a finger, the light 13 reflected on the other cells 4a is reflected on the unit 12a. Accordingly, since the light 13 is emitted also on the shielded cell 4a, the solar battery formed of the cells 4a connected in series with each other generates the prescribed power source voltage and supplies a power source to a load such as a CPU10 or the like. |
