PURPOSE:To decrease the switching time, by absorbing a voltage generated in a transformer to a capacitor at turning-off of a switching transistor. CONSTITUTION:When a transistor (TR) 11 is turned off and TR10 turns on, a transformer 8 is excited and a switching TR9 turns on. With the TR10 turned off and the TR11 turned on, a current rapidly flows to capacitor 13 winding N3 TR11. This current becomes a base inverise current drawing ont excessive charges between the emitter and base at a winding N2 to quickly turn off the TR9. In this case, a voltage is generated in the winding N3. Since this voltage is absorbed in a loop of capacitor 13 diode 12, the exciting energy of the transformer 8 is transferred to the capacitor 13 and the magnetic flux of the transformer 8 is reset. |
