PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a load by elastically holding the load using an air body. CONSTITUTION:After a load housed in a truck or the like is covered with a tube or a bag-type sheet and is fixed on the truck using a covering cord or the like, air is sent from a blast hole using a proper means. As a result, the tube or the bag-type sheet is expanded and the load is held elastically.
