PURPOSE:To decrease the number of parts and the man-power required for assembling work and to reduce the weight, by forming a spring part which easily bends by elasticity in a body with a lever or a base by means of resin. CONSTITUTION:An actuation part 1a having plural recessed parts 1a' and a pin 1b serving as a fulcrum are formed in a body at a base made of resin. A hole 2a is drilled at the tip part of a lever 2 made of resin, and at the same time a projection 2b is added in such way it is easily bent by elasticity. The lever 2 can turn freely round the pin 1b, i.e., a fulcrum and controls the opening of a damper via a cable 7 attached to an attachment hole 8. At the same time, the projection 2b provided at the outer circumference part of the hole 2a bends by the spring effect of the outer circumference part of said hole 2a and in accordance with the functioning of the lever 2. Thus the projection 2b slides on the surface of the part 1a while pressing the wall of the part 1a. When the projection 2b reaches a groove 1a', it falls down with the spring effect of the hole 2a. At this moment, the feeling of regular touches is produced to the operation of the lever 2. |
