PURPOSE:To obtain a hologram disc for high-precision scan of less face deflection, by dividing the hologram disc into a small dry plate and a disc in the production stage. CONSTITUTION:Many small dry plates 1 which are worked with high plane precision, thickness precision, etc. and have the same shape are prepared. Hologram producing materials such as a bichromated gelatin are applied to these small dry plates 1. A dry plate holder 2 is positioned in a prescribed hologram photographing position with a precision, and the dry plate holder 2 is positioned accurately in a hologram focusing position on the dry plate holder 2, and hologram photography is performed. Hologram photography is performed for a required number of small dry plates 1, and these small dry plates 1 are stuck accurately to prescribed positions on a hologram disc 3 after development and fixing. |
