摘要 PURPOSE:To permit sure cutting of a cable without having any mechanically coupled part and movable part vulnerable to the influence of corrosion and to permit mounting of a battery for an electric power source together with a weight on the outside part of a case with respect to a submarine observation system which disconnects the battery for power source together with ballast, floats observing apparatus and recovers the same by using a disconnecting part which uses the connecting structure coaxial with a conductor made of aluminum. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 11 which operates cooperatively and simultaneously when a weight is disconnected by an ultrasonic wave signal or a timer signal is turned on, the central conductor 2 and external conductor 6 of a coaxial cord are connected to the anode side of a built-in battery, and a circuit for disconnection is constituted with an electrode 13 along an arrow via the sea water. First a cylindrical aluminum conductor 5 in contact with the sea water dissolves and breaks. Therefore a connecting sleeve 3 contacts with the sea water and the central part of the connecting sleeve is dissolved similarly. If the build-in battery of the quantity of electricity sufficient for dissolving these connecting sleeve and cylindrical aluminum conductor is mounted, the juncture of the cord is dissolved and cut without fail, and the battery for power source is disconnected together with the weight, etc.
