PURPOSE:To regulate outputs on the operator's side without using any remote controller by providing an output regulating circuit which controls increasing or decreasing of the output of an electric power source section for welding and opening and closing means by discriminating the on-off signals from a push- button switch. CONSTITUTION:An output regulating circuit 9 is provided in an electric power source section for welding,and discriminates whether the signal from a push-button switch for opening and closing of outputs disposed to a welding torch 7 is an output increasing or decreasing signal or a signal for starting welding. In the case of the output increasing or decreasing signal, said circuit changes the setting signal for the output voltage to a phase shifting circuit 2 for firing of a thyristor and in the case of the signal for starting of welding, the circuit transmits said signal to the circuit 2. Thus not only the opening or closing of the output of the welding machine but also the regulation for increase or decrease of the output is made possible by using the push button switch for opening or closing the output of the welding machine, whereby the need for remote controllers for regulation of the output is eliminated and the efficiency of work is improved. |
