PURPOSE:To improve responsibility in such a way that a spring to give a piston which moves a relay valve impetus in the inoperative direction provides a means such that it does not give to the piston but impetus from the final retracted position to the inoperative position toward the side of the operator. CONSTITUTION:After arranging a spacer 30 which is provided with a vent hole at the back of a vacuum valve 14 of a relay valve 1, the front end of a spring 36 is brought into contact with the spacer 30. Besides, the outer end 31 of a valve seat 13 of a diaphragm 12 is brought into contact with the spacer 30, with provision of the minimum capacity which needs a void S1 between the valve seat 13 and the vacuum valve 14, a void S2 is arranged at the back of a piston 10 to move the relay valve 1. And, the piston 10 is kept at its inoperative position by arranging a spring 32 between the piston 10 and the machine wall. In consequence, since the piston 10 is arranged in keeping of the necessary minimum void S1, when consuming liquid rate to bring the valve seat 13 into contact with the valve 14 is assumed as S1+S2, the lot of S2 only is reduced at least, and the responsibility is improved that much. |
