PURPOSE:To make the garbage collection processing high-speed, by setting address data of a chain address storage means of another storage cell to the pointer part of a word of a storage cell, and making it possible to chain these storage cells. CONSTITUTION:When chaining in each of storage cells A, B, and C, a SET signal line 15 is operated for all storage cells A, B, and C in this state to chain storage cells. A data input signal line 9 of the storage cell A is connected to an output line 12 of a chain address storage means 4 of the storage cell B, and the minimum word address 200 of a list cell chain of the storage cell B is supplied and is set to a pointer part of the word in address 106 of the storage cell A, and the storage cell A is chained to the storage cell B. Similarly, storage cells B and C are chained. |
