PURPOSE:To efficiently cool an object required for cooling, by introducing pressure gas, discharged from a static pressure gas bearing device, through a piping into and allowing the pressure gas to pass through a cooling box. CONSTITUTION:A piping 71 is mounted to a housing opening (not shown in the drawing) of a static pressure gas bearing device 58, and connected to a cooling box 72, then the device is constituted such that pressure gas, discharged from the static pressure gas bearing device 58, is both introduced to a cooling box 72 and discharged from an outlet hole 73 after cooling an object required for cooling, such as a television camera 63, illuminating device 64, etc. In this way, the necessity for separately providing a cooling fan (not shown in the drawing) and the like can be eliminated, and when the device is used, the pressure gas is always allowed to pass through and the cooling required objects 63, 64, etc. can be effectively cooled, then high accurate measurement of dimensions can be performed. |
