PURPOSE:To raise the workability and safety of a power shovel by allowing the visual confirmation of a bucket portion at the tip of a boom from an operating seat all the time by making the operating seat expandible and vertically movable. CONSTITUTION:On the upper part of a power shovel body which can freely run as a crawler 11 turns, an operating seat 6 which is extended or shrunk by oil- pressure devices 1 and 2 and also vertically moved by the operation of an oil- pressure device 4 is provided to a rotary knuckle portion 9 to be pivotally attached with the basal portion of a boom 10. The rotary knuckle portion 9 is turned by an oil-pressure motor 8, and the boom 10 tipped with a bucket pivotally is moved in a rocking manner by an oil-pressure device 14. Thus, the front and rear sides and vertical position of the operating seat 6 can be optionally regulated and safe and exact operation can be perfomed because the bucket portion can be directly watched from the position of the operating seat. |
