PURPOSE:To perform smooth engagement of a clutch, by supporting a fluid resistance member to the end part of a rod, temporarily reducing passing area of a pressure fluid outlet in a fluid hydraulic actuator through said fluid resistance member and delaying returning motion of the rod. CONSTITUTION:At speed change operation, if a switch 28 is pressed, a solenoid selector valve 5 is switched, and an inlet 24 is connected to a fluid pressure source 6, while an outlet 25 is closed. Accordingly, if fluid pressure is applied to a chamber 40, a rod 4 is moved leftward againt a spring 3 together with a diaphragm 1, and a clutch shaft 13 is turned counter clockwise together with a lever 7, then a clutch is disconnected. Then at an end of shifting operation of a speed changer if the switch 28 is opened, a diaphragm 16 and rod 2 are returned rightward by tension of the return spring 3, and a fluid resistance member 23 enters the inside of a throttle passage 39 to reduce area of the throttle passage 39 between the chamber 40 and the outlet 25, then a returning speed of the rod 2 can be delayed. |
