PURPOSE:To maintain engine speed in idling at a certain value irrespective of variation of load by opening an auxiliary mixture nozzle to an intake path downstream of a throttle valve in an engine to control a controlling valve provided in an auxiliary mixture path by a pulse motor. CONSTITUTION:While an auxiliary mixture nozzle 11 opens in an intake path 2 or intake pipe Ep downstream of a throttle valve 5, a controlling valve 17 is provided in an auxiliary mixture path 14. A pulse motor M to operate this controlling valve 17 is synchronized with the engine speed. In idling of the engine when the engine speed is reduced lower than a predetermined engine speed in idling, a engine speed detector Sn detects such condition to apply forward rotation pulse to the pulse motor M. Then the motor M rotates forward to move a rod 20 backward so that the controlling valve 17 increases the opening of the auxiliary mixture path 14. As a result, a predetermined engine speed in idling can be recovered. |
