发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASURING ADHESIVE STRENGTH OF HIGH TEMPERATURE OXIDE FILM OF STEEL AND PULLING MEANS USED FOR SAID METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure the adhesive strength of an oxide film of steel easily and accurately, by sticking a handle on the surface of the steel and forming the oxide film on said surface in a high temp. oxidative atmosphere while holding contactactors having plural projections in contact with the surface of the steel. CONSTITUTION:Contactors 4 having plural projections on surfaces like steel screws are stuck to both ends of a handle 3a of a steel wire, whereby a pulling means 3 is constituted. When the contactors 4 are so placed on base steel 1 so as to contact with its surface and are oxidized in a heating furnace of a high temp. oxidative atmosphere, the oxide film 2 formed on the base steel and the oxide film formed around the contactors 4 are united together to one body in the stage of growth. While the steel is held at a prescribed temp. in the heating furnace, the handle 3a is pulled to strip the oxide films and the adhesive strength thereof at each temp. is measured. Since the contactors 4 have the projections, they have large contact areas with oxide films and stick firmly to the base steel. When the contactors are peeled, the films are peeled over a relatively wide range, thus the adhesive strength of various kinds of steels is measured easily and accurately.
