摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prepare the titled derivative efficiently, by reacting nucleoside phosphorylase with a mixture of a purine derivative, ribose-1-phosphoric acid, deoxyribose-1-phosphoric acid or a donor thereof. CONSTITUTION:Nucleoside phosphorylase is added to an aqueous solution containing a purine derivative of formulaI(X is H,Cl,OH,NH2,SH,CH3 or C2H5; Y is H, Cl,OH,NH2 or SH; A and B are C and N, and B is N when A is C, and vice versa), (A) ribose-1-phosphoric acid or a donor thereof or (B) deoxyribose- 1-phosphoric acid or a donor thereof, and the aqueous solution is kept at 40- 70 deg.C to produce a ribofuranosyl derivative of formula II (X, A and B are as described above; Z is H or OH) in which the ribofuranosyl or deoxyribofuranosyl group is joined to the 9-position in the compound of formulaI. A microbial cell obtained by cultivating a microorganism haiving the ability to produce the nucleoside phosphorylase in a nutrient culture medium can be directly used as the nucleoside phosphorylase.</p>
