The invention relates to a mould or a moulding tool with a lining (2; 2.1) of the mould surface (1.1) which consists of a release agent preventing the adhesion of the plastic to be moulded. To increase the loading capacity of the mould or the moulding tool, according to the invention the lining (2; 2.1) additionally contains a substance which is more abrasion-resistant than the material chosen for the mould structure. <IMAGE>
