PURPOSE:To facilitate attaching and detaching a filter frame and ensure the attachment, by providing a groove concentric to the axis on one face, at least, of the filter frame and providing a fixing means, which is engaged with and disengaged from this groove, on a turret plate. CONSTITUTION:Plural arc-shaped notch parts 28 are provided at equal intervals in a circumferential edge part 12 of a turret plate 15 and can be engaged with engaging grooves 31 provided on the outside circumferential face of a wing- shaped filter frame 30. Ring-shaped grooves 32 concentric to an axis theta are provided on both faces of the filter frame and are engaged with a detaining pawl part 29 of a flat spring 28, whose root part is attached to the turret plate, to detain and fix the filter frame to the turret plate. When a filter 35 is replaced, the filter frame is pulled in the direction of an arrow (a) to detach the filter frame. When the filter frame is attached, it is pressed in the direction of an arrow (b). |
