PURPOSE:The titled cosmetic consisting of an oxidizing agent, e.g. sodium hypochlorite, for inhibiting 5alpha-dihydrotestosterone which is a powerful male hormone considered to be a cause of the baldness and a solvent therefor, and capable of producing hair and promoting the growth thereof. CONSTITUTION:A cosmetic for producing and growing hair consisting of an oxidizing agent, preferably an oxidizing agent having the sterilizing, disinfecting and cleaning action, e.g. sodium hypochlorite or ''Cloramin T'', and a solvent therefor, e.g. ethyl alcohol or purified water. The oxidizing agent may be used simply or in a mixture of the sodium hypochlorite with the ''Cloramin T''. |
