PURPOSE:To obtain an automatic starting mechanism which does not make any operation except when inputted with voices and starts recording automatically at the same instant when it is inputted with voices. CONSTITUTION:An automatic start circuit 9 consists of a level detector 12 which detects the arrival of the level of a voice Voice at a preset level when said voice is inputted from a sound-less state, and a starting control circuit which turns a recording start signal AST to a ''1'' upon receiving of the output of the level detector and is the circuit which drives a coding circuit 6 and a recording part 7 when the voice input attains a level higher than the preset level. Where, R is a resetting signal and when said signal is (0) the circuit is reset. |
