PURPOSE:To permit sure changing of program memories with simple operations without requiring the changing work for printed substrates in the stage of charge revision by providing a printed substrate on which two kinds of program memories can be mounted, freely attachably and detachably. CONSTITUTION:When there is a revision of charges, a program memory 8 which is set by the charge program before the revision by a post-office clerk and a program memory 9 which is set with the charge program after the revision are arrayed and mounted on a printed substrate 10, and said substrate 10 is inserted through an insertion port 7 into a body 1 of a balance and is held fixed therein. On the day of the charge revision, a sticker 25 stating the charge chart after the revision is adhered to the position of the previous sticker on the front surface of a display device 2 by the post-office clerk. At the same time, the clerk removes a cover 15 by removing screws 16a, 16b, and changes over a selecting switch 14. Thus the program memories can be changed by the simple work of changing the switch 14 merely; therefore, even the post-office clerk who is inexperienced in handling of the printed substrates is able to change the program memories surely. |
