发明名称 WINDING FOR ELECTRIC INDUCTION APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the impulse voltage characteristic of an electric induction apparatus when the disk type coil sections to be obtained by winding around a coil conductor are to be accumulated for the plural number in the axial direction to form a winding for electric induction apparatus by a method wherein the respective sections are constituted of two parallel conductors, while one coil is formed by interleave winding, and another coil is formed by continuous disk winding. CONSTITUTION:When the disk type coil sections A, B to be obtained by winding around the coil conductor on the outside circumference of an insulating cylinder 102 to surround a core, etc., and to be accumulated to form the winding for electric induction apparatus, winding thereof is performed as follows. Namely, the coil conductor 101 to be wound around in the order 1-16 is wound around by continuous disk winding, and the coil conductor 103 to be wound around in the order 1'-16' is wound around by interleave winding. The conductor 103 is wound on the outside circumferential side at the coil section A, and the conductor 101 is wound on the inside circumferential side at the section B to form one winding unit. When the conductor is wound around is parallel like this, the averagely radius-directional positions of the conductors 101, 103 are equalized, currents thereof are balanced, and the winding of high series capacity being able to use transpositional wires can be obtained.
