PURPOSE:To realize a watch of a long life having the accuracy of a high frequency oscillating circuit by reducing electric current consumption without losing the advantages of the high frequency oscillating circuit which has a small secular change and good temp. characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A phase comparator 3 consists of a D type FF. A high frequency signal fH is supplied to a data input terminal D, and a fore-stage frequency divided signal f52 is supplied as a sampling signal from a fore-stage frequency dividing circuit 52 to a clock input terminal T. A phase signal f3 is outputted from an output terminal Q. A phase frequency dividing circuit 4 consists of 8-stages of frequency dividing stages to be inputted with the signal f3 and outputs a phase frequency dividing signal f4 from the output terminal Q8 of the final stage. A fore-stage signal S4 for phase frequency division is supplied from the output terminal Q7 one stage before the final stage to an oscillation frequency control circuit 6 which constitutes the oscillation frequency control means of a low frequency oscillating circuit 2. Thus the unit signal for clocking of the accuracy regulated by the high frequency oscillating circuit is obtained. |
