PURPOSE:To facilitate replacing of tuyeres by providing an annular iron plate which is mounted to the outside shell of a tuyere freely attachably and detachably and has a through-hole of the tuyere at the center, a cylindrical iron plate which is provided in permanent brick masonry and is concentrical with the annular iron plate, and a shapeless refractory layer between the outside circumference of the tuyere and the cylindrical iron plate. CONSTITUTION:An annular iron plate 14 which is bolted 10 to an outside shell 2 freely attachably and detachably and has a through-hole 12 of a tuyere 8 at the center, a cylindrical iron plate 16 which is provided in permanent brick masonry 4 and is concentrical with the tuyere 8, and a shapeless refractory layer 20 which is packed with shapeless refractories between the outside circumference of the tuyere 8 and the plate 16 are provided. When the plate 14 is removed by removing the bolts 10 and the tuyere 8 is removed, the tuyere 8 can be exchanged. The layer 20 which is damaged in the stage of the removal is again packed therewith with the shapeless refractories. |
