<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the number of facilities for a voice recognition part, and to receive a user's voice securely, by providing a line concentration switch between a telephone circuit interface part and the voice recognition part. CONSTITUTION:A voice recognition part VRD recognizes a voice from a user over a telephone circuit. A line concentration switch SW is provided between a telephone circuit interface part NCU and the recognition part VRD. A means of sending a voicing permit tone for indicating the voicing through a telephone set is provided to the terminal of the switch SW on the side of the recognition part VRD. After the switch Sw is driven, the recognition part VRD having received a request signal from a central controller CTL sends a permit tone for voicing to the user. After the user listens to the voicing permit tone, the user's voice is transmitted to the recognition part VRD and recognized securely through a train of the interface part NCU and the switch SW.</p> |
