<p>PURPOSE:To contrive expansion of interior volume on the deck in such a way that in a structure which provides a fuel tank at the part farther ahead than the rear axle. a fuel filler pipe is arranged such that it can be passed along the outside of the side member at the upper part of the rear axle. CONSTITUTION:A fuel filler pipe 3 which constitutes a filling port 4 into a fuel tank 1 which is arranged ahead of the rear axle 2 is gradually drawn nearer to the side member 5 as it goes downward, and at the upper part of the rear axle 2, it is kept running along at the same height with said member 5 at the outside part of the side member 5. And at the intersection part 3b located farther ahead than the rear axle 2, it is connected through the lower side of the side member 5 to the fuel tank 1. Thus, height H of the deck 9 on the upper side of the side member 5 from the ground is controlled by a void between the rear axle 2 and the lower side of the side member 5, and by the height of the side member 5, so that the height of the deck 9 can be made low, and the interior volume can be expanded.</p> |
