PURPOSE:To conduct broad range cooking by heating by a mechanism wherein, a switching device to operate in engagement with cocks of an inner and an outer burners are installed, and the cooking temperature is controlled only when the inner burner is used, in the stove equipped with said two burners the cooking temperature thereof is controllable for preparing dishes such as TEMPURA requiring delicate temperature adjustment. CONSTITUTION:An inside burner 1 of intermediate calorie is used for general cooking, used at the same time as an outside burner 2 of large calorie and employed for Chinese dishes requiring high heat. The temperature of the bottom of a pan is detected by means of a sensor element 6, and the signal is transmitted to a control circuit. The circuit of temperature control is operated only when the inside burner 1 is used, and the temperature control circuit is stopped when the inside burner is used at the same time as the outside burner and only the outside burner is employed. Accordingly, the wide range of heating and cooking are enabled. |
