PURPOSE:To cope with the extention of function by changing a program without changing hardware, by constituting so that the number of times of memory access processing can be designated by the program. CONSTITUTION:A memory access controller for converting a memory access time to a high speed without changing hardware consists of a counter device 100 and a memory access generating device 200. To the counter device 100, an initial value is set by a command from a processor device, and whenever an access request 212 to a memory device is received, the number of times of reception is counted, and whenever one of a memory read-out data sending-out signal 121 and a memory status sending-out signal 122 from said memory is supplied, the number of times of sending-out is counted in the direction opposite to counting of said number of times of reception. Subsequently, the memory access generating device 200 executes a memory access request in accordance with an output signal of the counter device 100. |
