The hollow base (2) of a road marker cone (1) houses a flexible bag (10) receiving removable ballast through a capped filling aperture (11) passing through the cone wall (9). A rigid circular inner wall (5) is formed with a flexible upper portion (7) allowing access to the base cavity (8) for insertion of the empty bag (10). The bag can be filled with water or sand for ballasting and the ballast can be emptied when the cone is to be transported. <IMAGE> |
