Safety device for sliding leaves, especially for a sliding door with automatic closure, comprising a motor (86) for displacing the leaf or leaves (10, 12) with a limited closing force, and a detector (90) of non-closure to signal the presence of an obstacle (80, 82, 84) in the joining plane of the uprights (14, 16) coming into the said closing position on contact, characterized in that the said uprights (14, 16) carry on their edge (18, 36), over the entire or virtually the entire height, respectively a male part (42, 44) and a matching female part (26) fitting into one another in the said closing position, the dimensions of the said parts being such that the presence of an obstacle, even of small thickness and flexible, impedes this fitting into one another and the closure.</p> |
