PURPOSE:To prevent mixing between two kinds of fluids running on both sides of a blade by inserting a cylindrical projection provided on a partition plate positioned toward the periphery of a peripheral plate holding the peripheral part of the blade into a ring-shaped groove provided on the peripheral plate. CONSTITUTION:When an impeller 1 is rotated, two different air streams 9 and 10 are generated on both sides of the impeller 1. Since there is a gap between the rotating impeller 1 and a fixed partition plate 4, air streams 9 and 10 on both sides of the impeller 1 are mixed to some extent when they are discharged to air ducts from the impeller 1. Therefore, a cylindrical projection 19 provided on a partition plate 4 positioned toward the periphery of a peripheral plate 14 holding the periphery of a blade 11 constructed of a corrugated thin plate into a ring-shaped groove 15 provided on the peripheral plate 14. This construction permits to keep the mixing between two kinds of fluids running on both sides of the impeller 1 at the minimum level.
