<p>PURPOSE:To utilize residual carbon obtd. after pyrolysis of an org. waste as a heat source for the pyrolysis, by detachably installing a plurality of carbon- burning devices which are connected to an oil pipe and to which a combination air pipe is introduced below a retort of a combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION:A carbon-burning device 3 in which a certain amt. of residual carbon is supplied to each chamber A-D is inserted onto a grate 11 having a large number of holes which is installed below a retort 2 horizontally placed in a combustion chamber 1. Carbon is burned by supplying unliquefied gas from an oil tank 6 through a pipe 9 to a chamber D while supplying air through a combustion air supply pipe 8 to pyrolyze an org. waste such as a waste tire charged to the retart 2, and the pyrolyzed gas is recovered in a tank 6 after cooled in a heat exchanger 4. Upon completion of combustion of the carbon, the air is automatically supplied in the order of chambers C, B and A to continue the pyrolysis.</p> |
