PURPOSE:To obtain a high-contrast black stripe screen for a large-sized television easily and inexpensively, by forming light absorbing layers in projecting stripe parts by thermal transfer at an estimate in the molding work. CONSTITUTION:Transparent substrate materials or semitransparent substrate materials 12, where a light diffusing agent is mixed, extruded from a T die 11 pass between a mold roll 13 and a press roll 14 to form a lens surface 5 on the front side and pass between the mold roll 13 and a stamp roll 15 to form projecting stripe parts 8 and recess groove parts 9 on a rear side 7. A transfer paper 22 where light absorbing layers 21 are laminated on a peelable film 20 is allowed to pass between a beat press roll 23 and the rear side 7 of a lenticular sheet 4, and light absorbing layers 21 on the transfer paper 22 are peeled from the surface of the film 20 and are stuck to projecting stripe parts 9 on the rear side 7 of the lenticular sheet 4 thermally to form light absorbing layers 10. Thus, a ttransmission screen where the positional relation between light condensing part positions 5 and light absorbing layers 10 is not deviated is obtained. |
