PURPOSE:The titled composition having strong synergistic germicidal action by its small amount even in the presence of an adhesive, comprising an alkali salt of diemthyldithiocarbamic acid or zinc salt and an alkali salt or zinc salt of 2-pyridinethiol-1-oxide. CONSTITUTION:An industrial germicide composition comprising an alkali salt or zinc salt of dimethylthiocarbamic acid and an alkali salt or zinc salt of 2- pyridinethiol-1-oxide. The product will not cause change in color or coloring. Capable of preventing deterioration of industrial materials (e.g., containing compound for processing paper, adhesive for plywood, casein, glue, etc.) and products having an adhesive, caused by microorganisms. |
