PURPOSE:To simplify and shorten an oil passage and to quicken responsibility in controlling, by forming a hydraulic pressure controller in a center casing dividing a torque converter room from a transmission room. CONSTITUTION:A center casing 3 which supports a transmission shaft between a torque converter and a transmission by a shaft is provided between a torque converter casing 1 and a transmission casing 2. Fixing surfaces 304 and 305 for respective valve body covers 32 and 31 are formed on a transmission side and a torque converter side of this center casing 3 respectively. In addition, a prescribed valve and an oil passage constituting a hydraulic pressure control circuit between both valve body covers 31 and 32 are formed on the center casing 3.
