PURPOSE:To eliminate a through hole on the side wall of the storage tank and consequently contrive to improve the safety and reliability of the installation by a structure wherein an independent frame work to support a piping for taking in and out of liquefied gas is built at the outside of a high dike disposed around the outer periphery of the storage tank of cryogenic liquefied gas. CONSTITUTION:The independent frame work 6 equipped with a cross beam part reaching above the roof part of the storage tank 1 is built near a liquid barrier 5 on the stretched-out part 4' provided at the suitable position on the outer periphery of a foundation block 4. Furthermore, the piping 7 for taking in and out of liquefied gas is raised along the frame work 6 so constituted as to be guided as far as to reach above the roof part of the storage tank 1. Owing to the structure as mentioned above, no through hole, which is conventionally provided on the side wall of the storage tank 1, becomes necessary, resulting in improving the safety and reliability of the installation. |
