<p>PURPOSE:To confirm a cursor position easily by detecting a signal for showing the direction in which a joy stick slants and deciding on the movement direction of the cursor, and controlling a blink period while controlling a moving speed in accordance with the slanting of the joy stick. CONSTITUTION:Clock pulses outputted from an X-directional converting circuit and a Y-directional converting circuit 4 corresponding to the slanting angle of a joy stick 1 are inputted through OR gates 16 and 17 to an AND gate 10 to display the cursor at a blink period in accordance with a previously inputted moving speed. Then, some blink period is supplied to a display device 15 through AND gates 13-1, 13-2, and 13-3, and a video amplifier 14 to blink the cursor in corresponding color. In this case, the blink period is controlled in proportion to the moving speed of the cursor to confirm the position of the cursor easily.</p> |
