PURPOSE:To obtain a photographic film cartridge container good in fittability and moistureproofness by providing the flange of a container cap with a circular linear protuberance to be brought into pressure contact with the upper face of the opening border of the main container body, tightly enclosing the container with both of a rib and this protuberance, and gripping said border with both. CONSTITUTION:The linear protuberance 11 is formed on the underside of the flange 5 of the container cap 2, and brought into close contact with the upper face of the opening border 3 when the cap 2 is fitted to the main body 1 of the container. The protuberance is formed in one body with the flange 5 in a circular shape and its section has a semicircular shape, and when the cap 2 is fitted to the main body 1, the protuberance 11 is located slightly in the inside of the upper face of the border 3 toward the main body 1, and comes into pressed contact with the upper face of the border 3 due to the elasticity of the flange 5. The rib 8 is fitted to the groove 4 of the body 1 and the protuberance 11 presses the upper face of the border 3 when the cap 2 is fitted to the main body 1, thus permitting the inside of the container to be kept airtight. |
