PURPOSE:To execute not only shear-working but also finish-working by working of once, by controlling a roll having a specified outside circumferential shape, in the specified direction. CONSTITUTION:A roll 3 is freely movable in the rotary shaft direction of a mandrel 1, and also its direction, by an NC apparatus using a computer, and an X-X' axis being a pivot of the roll 3 can be freely inclined against the rotary shaft of the mandrel 1, by a geared motor. As for the roll 3, by operation of the geared motor, the X-X' axis is inclined so that the part extending from a start part S which is always a small curve R5, to an end part Q contacts with a substance to be worked 2, and shear spinning working is executed in the best contact state with the substance to be worked 2. The part of a large curve RP following the small R5 crushes and erases a feed mark generated by the small curve R5. |
