The rectangular form is foldable and sealable for return despatch. It has a central fold line (1) and the inside of one half (2) is gummed (11) along an edge (6) parallel to and an edge at right angles to this fold (1). Both halves (2,3) have at least one cross-fold line (8) forming broad strips (14-16) and a further cross-fold (9) in one half (2) forms a narrow edge fold strip (12) continuing as a tear (10) strip (13) in the other half (3) which is removed when folding for return.
