发明名称 CRANK MECHANISM
摘要 PURPOSE:To secure nonvibration and no one-sided wear as well as to minimize friction resistance, by causing the directions of rotation of each slide body being free of rotation to two type crank pins of a planetary crank to be orthogonally intersected with each other. CONSTITUTION:Assuming that each weight of slide bodies 7 and 8 is m1 and m2 and weight of a planetary crank 4 is m3 and that weight of a sun crank 1 is m4, adjustment of the weight distribution is carried out by means of a balance weight, a lightening hole, etc., at each of the slide bodies 7 and 8, planetary crank 4 and sun crank 1 so as to cause each of the center of gravity of m1 and m2 to be adjusted to the center axis of each of crank pins 5 and 6, the center of gravity of m1+m2+m3 to the center axis of a crank pin 2 and the center of gravity of m1+m2+m3+m4 to the center of a crank journal 3 of the sun crank 1, respectively. Like this, inasmuch as perfect balancing is accomplished at every rotating part, a nonvibrating crank mechanism can be secured.
