The side tanks 9, 10 are connected by closable apertures 12 with the central tank 8. Ducts 14, 15 are arranged on each side of a service passage 16 which is arranged above a further tunnel 17. Closable apertures 19, 20 connect the ducts 14, 15 with the central tanks 8 and apertures 18 connect the tunnel 17 with ballast tanks in the double bottom. In a variant, Fig. 3, the ducts 14, 15 are connectable through apertures 19, 20 to alternate central tanks 8. |
